For the purposes of countertools.io order sales history price calculations, I've defined dust as divisible unit trades < 0.01
Dust trades are ~1.09% of Counterparty trades overall (DEX 1.07%, DISPENSER 2.65%, OpenSea 0%) - a small fraction, so the < 0.01 threshold is not over-broad.

Thanks for the heads up... turns out to be counterparty2mysql choking on requesting an address which resolves as "unknown".... Seems that a UTXO_MOVE within counterparty caused CP to be unable to determine the address and so it issued "unknown"...

So... I fixed cp2mysql so it keeps parsing... as to why counterparty-core is unable to track which address a UTXO_MOVE is associated with... that is up to Adam and his team to figure out... Seems like not being able to track a UTXO_MOVE to an address would be a pretty big deal and could cause a potential ledger fork.

*Announcing Counterparty Core v11.2.0*
This release significantly shrinks the size of the Counterparty database and implements faster API paths, clearer API validation and a set of gated protocol fixes. The upgrade path is the same as usual, but not there's a one-time Ledger DB compaction on first start, so it can take a while to come back up after the upgrade. This release is a *protocol change* activating on block 961100 (targeting the beginning of August). Enjoy!

it might... but given the current development environment and the hostiility showed towards devs who contribute to the project.... I have no interest in spending my time working to improve counterparty and reporting issues to Adam and team.... They should be the ones finding issues BEFORE they release stuff... .them being lazy and not doing proper testing of things to prevent issues before release is on them.... I'm not gonna be their guinea pig and report every issue I find to them and do their job for them..... If they have an address being resolved to UNKNOWN... taht is something they set the system up to handle..... normally the system shoud CHOKE/stop operating if it finds something like that where it can't decode an address.... the fact that we have issues like that, and the engine keep chugging along without screaming "Hey, we couldn't decod ethis address, this is a big deal, stop operating until we figure this issue out" is indicative of the different design methods........ Used to be the CP system stopped on any issues, mismatches, etc.... to prevent ledger forks.... seems now we just parse right through things like UNNOWN addresses like they are not a big deal

TLDR.... if Adam and team are not watching their software project closely.... and not getting alerts when something serious like not being able to decode a transaction to a source address... then that is on them... and not my job to always report their gaps and issues.

I say it is a mistake and WTF.... fast forward a few months... put out another release, going back from 2 database model to 1 database model..... tout it as "Huge reduction in database usage"....... reality is... they doubled the database size, bloated it, then go back to the way things were and call it an improvement..... so YAY, "shrinks database"..... that sounds good... .tho wonder how much of the database was bloated unnecessarily int eh first place...lol

There's no liquidity at all.
Order books work by people highly motivated to sell placing the lowest ask, and those motivated to buy placing the highest buy.
The orders cross where the prices match.
We have no buy order book to begin with (structural feature/weakness), and almost no buying interest.
If you want to sell any XCP, you need to have the lowest ask price.
Even then you'll probably only sell a few.
If anyone thinks the prices are too low, they should buy.
Otherwise, let it just fall to where it falls naturally....one tick or 1000 ticks at a time. -

I wouldn't think destroying a token totally is possible. The chain would have to be forked or reorged to a point before the token was minted.

With both Zaif and Dex-Trade now effectively one-way custodial traps, joining Poloniex and Bittrex as XCP tar pits, I'm soon going to remove the exchange price feed and exchange price weighting from my XCP price tracker on CounterTools.io and revert to pure dispenser driven price tracking.

Zaif is dead pretty much.........wouldn't be surprised if they close the exchange.

It would be best for Counterparty if they provided a Counterparty asset redemption period to registered users, same as Bittrex did years ago, then held a public auction of all Counterparty assets including all XCP and PEPECASH, rather than leaving those assets stranded seemgingly forever like Poloniex did with their XCP balance.

I've been able to recover most easyasset image uploads by changing arweave.net to ardrive.net inside the json from easyasset so I def think it's all still stored and recoverable, just a pain to change all your json/descriptions

yeah open up xcp wallet - go to exchanges - orders - click the little person icon and it will show your open orders... then click "create new order" - its all in the app

Small exchange, no volume, especially when you stop trading the majors. Only volume on Crypto exchanges is in RWA products at the moment. I feel there is a big consolidation event coming up. Better to keep your assets safe in your own wallet.

not currently. ive been working on my own schema(s)-system since before CIP25. I have shared development with a few people in the community, but the impression I get is that I need a working model to showcase the features. It is just too overwhelming and confusing to read head-on
in the meantime, plugging away at the fiatmine so i can afford the time needed to wrap this up into something easy to use
