Its preferable if you check the previous owner address of the token you are about to buy. If it was owned by any of these addresses, its stolen property.

Warm greetings Dogeparty folks. The past few weeks have been terrible for us as a community with the unfortunate hack tht has taken so much from awesome persons of this community.

But these past few weeks have been even more tragic for me on a personal note. A nature disaster had the roof of our family house blown away by some whirlwind then followed by the unfortunate demise of my mother.

This personal challenges have kept me away from getting involved with conversations regarding the hack (though, I don't feel I can offer much).

Out of touch ain't out of mind, I'm equally affected as a bonafide member of this great community. All I can hope and wish for is may we somehow find a way to overcome this challenge.

Thanks to everyone who has been contributing one way or another towards managing this crisis, most especially @nutildah, being one of the affected yet strong enough to be digging this much after the hackers.

My mind has been messed up, mainly due to losing my mother, someone who have been my source of strength all my life. I've spent the last three years of my life by her side helping and tending to her. Just when she appeared getting over her sickness and I can relaxed a bit, she just poof - disappeared just like vapour. This caused myself and my siblings to be much devastated.

It's so hard on me and my mind is messed so much I've been fumbling every trade I undertook since then. Before I knew hacks were going on, I put up a JOLLYROGER for sale but instead of 4000 XDP, I set 0.00004. Can you imagine?

So that I am not saying much here is not because I don't care or feel less concerned, it's because I'm incapable of holding proper conversations for now. My heart bleeds for the loss of assets by well meaning members of this community and if I have it my way, we'll nail the hackers to a pole and stone them to death.

If there will be a plan by the rest of the community for those affected, I'm down for it. I know the loss are big losses still I hope we can do something as a community towards the affected.

Here's a little bit more to my hacked situation: I actually had way more $DOGE in another one of my addresses that was a receiving address for a dispenser and a little bit more $DOGE in multiple other addresses. These extra addresses were created in 2024 while the address that got hacked was made back in 2014. None of my extra addresses were swept and the $DOGE was still there (until I actually moved it all out now).

I've noticed that the hackers check the first wallet address only sometimes. For some users, like Spiller, they checked more of the addresses.

But the wallet was created in 2014, its derivation path was set then, so your other addresses in the wallet are all vulnerable

So its good that you moved it out
