    The instruction is simply yo pay divident to ALL asset holders.

    Dividend is paid if your XCP balance is sufficient to pay a fee proportional to the number of recipients.

    Anyone could help on the error when using Counter party free wallet to send funds from free wallet to another BTC wallet:

    Error composing send transaction via API: No UTXOs found for (wallet address), provide UTXOs with the 'inpits_set' parameter.

    1st - use the desktop version and not mobile (mobile hasnt been updated in years)
    2nd - use/update to the most recent desktop version (2.0.4)
    3rd - if still an issue, go to settings and to server settings and click "reset to default"
